Cottage cheese. That’s what cellulite looks like. Raisins. That’s what we can compare prematurely aging skin to. Our bodies were designed to age well. Is it possible to have healthy, strong and youthful bodies outside of a pure environment and with the stressors we Americans currently face? Yes it is. Many of us prove it every day. And ongoing research regularly adds new information and products to help us achieve it.
