Beth looks fabulous! She is a walking example of what you can do!

I cannot tell you how much you've done for me. I'm so excited about my new muscular body. You have given me so many tools to use.

As far as 8 week results -10lbs, -.3 body fat,-11 1/2 inches. I wish it was -16 pounds instead of 10 but I'm very pleased with my overall results. My tight black "skinny" skirt is getting looser. So...future skinny minny wants to "bring it on in" this 4 weeks.

I can't wait for the day when my financial status is back to normal and I can retain your services again. I ended up buying a company last November, while my husband was still out of work, so we scaled back quite a bit to make ends meet and keep the company going. I'm still running as much as possible, and planning to participate in my first triathlon on May 3rd. I have to say that I'm so jealous each time I see some of the great looking bodies you are helping shape up these days. I long to be one as well, my heart and lungs are in good shape but my body is a whole other story.

I'm glad to see things are going so well for you, good luck and keep up all the great work!

Having the right coach makes all the difference. The weight I saw this week is better than in the last 15 years, and I considered myself to be in pretty good shape as a speed walker. Well, my arms look different and better than they've ever looked before, in just 8 weeks!!!

[If you can believe it, this comment came in 2 days after the one just below it!]
This may be the best money I've ever spent next to Lasik surgery!

I was just telling my sister the other day... This is the best money I've ever spent next to Lasik surgery! Thanks, Angela.

We head out on vacation a week from Friday. I tried on my swimsuits yesterday and feel great in them! Thanks for all your help, advice and eating recommendations. Your "fat burning machine" book was a major help. I'm down to 120 - though was not trying to loose any weight (though some of that may be my recent bought with bronchitis). Will measure my body fat tonight, but am sure it is at the best level in a long time - if not the best ever.

My abs are almost where I want them to be. I've got about 4 or 5 more weight workouts between now and the time we leave, if I can kick this last little bit of fat on my butt, I might even wear a thong in the islands! I plan to hit it hard at the gym with the Smith machine squats and reverse lunges, as well as dead lifts and step ups. Do you have any other last minute suggestions for targeting the butt?

Couldn't have gotten here without you! I will definitely not look my 41 years of age on this trip! The picture from 15 years ago that has been my inspiration is about to come down off the wall and be replaced by a picture of me in a hot bikini on this trip - looking better than I did at 26!

Angela - your name is so appropriate. You have been my "Angel and Inspiration!" Thank you.

I put a knee brace on and went to Vail with some long standing friends and my husband to do a week of skiing. I was nervous at first. Fearful of only skiing one day and being laid up with a swollen knee (Mary had arthritis of the knee) for the remainder of the trip. The reality - I did 4 days of skiing. My knee held up (probably at 80% efficiency) and I felt great because I did something I haven't done for 6 years. I actually impressed myself and my family and friends at my skiing skill given the time away from the sport. It made me feel great! I can still be the athlete that I used to know.

Wow, I am so impressed with what you have done for R. Jackson. I still can't afford to have you visit with me so I am going to have to opt for the e-books. While looking, I noticed two. Are your recipes for "How to Eat Like A Fat Burning Machine" also in your "Bodysculpting" ebook or do I need both in order to know how to work out and what to eat. Thanks so much for your advice and help!

Hi Angela,
Good to hear from you! Thanks for checking in. Regarding my wellness, I feel great! In fact, I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant. Eddie and I are thrilled.

Even before the pregnancy, I was sticking to my meal planning and healthy in-between snacks. Thanks to you -- I had already developed better eating habits and meal planning which serves me well, especially now that I like to eat a lot.

My in-home workout continues (with the blessing of my Obsterician) and I'm certain the strength training will help during labor and afterwards. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to train with you last year. It has certainly made this new phase of my life much easier, both mentally and physically.

Thanks for everything! And many congrats on the new book.

Loretta

Just to make you smile - I finished my cardio at 6:15 this morning but ended up late for work because I decided to try on a few swim suits and got side tracked trying to pose to see how best to show my muscle for my upcoming photos. I think I'll have to pump up and maybe use a dumbbell or two as props to get just the "right look." How juvenile is that - posing in the bathroom mirror in swimsuits!?! You'd think I was 15 (instead of in my 40's)!

...and...

Saw Beth last week - I can see a change! As usual, great work, Angela! You did it again!

Just a note to let you know how much I admire you. Your strength is so inspiring I have now added one more to my hero list YOU!! Thank you so much for all you do... You are OUTSTANDING.

After working with Angela for just 2 weeks, I've already lost over 6 inches in my body, and my short-term goal dress already fits. I purchased "The Fountain of Youth" and am looking forward to "becoming better than I ever dreamed possible" during our time together.

I know it's hard to believe, but after purchasing "The Skinny Mini" and working it with Angela, after just one week (even with her recommending that I exercise LESS!) I lost over 3 inches and 2 1/2% body fat. The food is gourmet! I love it, and I'm looking forward to our next 3 sessions (I bought 4!).

As a Vice President within my company, basically, I understand setting goals, building a plan and working the plan. Angela, you guide your clients well in that regard.

Angela, you have no idea what your positive attitude can do for people! Some of us need more motivation than others - but it's you who gets us started (and staying) on the right track!

Angela, thanks for the newsletter. So I weighed xxx this morning. I haven't weighed that in a while. Pretty exciting, huh? I have a question: the food log has columns for 6 days, not 7? Does that mean I can eat anything on the 7th day? ;) Just Kidding.

HI! I certainly feel stronger (after just 3 workouts). You are tough, but I'm learning more from you than I have learned in my life about workouts and food. Thanks for sharing your expertise and care. Have a blessed day, the sun is coming out soon!

It's Your Turn! Take It All Off Quickly With Hope's Journey.

I ran the NY Marathon on Sunday, yes all 26.2 miles. It took me much longer than I had hoped to but I am excited to say that I finished. I thought that you might want an update to know that I continued my training program on my own with no problems. My body is strong, my heart even stronger and I'm completely comfortable with where I am physically and mentally.

People are telling me I look like a model, and the pants I wore just 3 weeks ago are literally falling off of me. One other interesting note is that my husband actually commented that I look better than ever--even better than when we got married! Thank you.

I feel like I'm constantly eating!!

Thank you so much for helping me. For the past couple of years I haven't been able to get rid of my "love handles" and although I look pretty good, realize that because of the immense level of stress I stay under, I need something more. I want to let you know that I feel so much better. I'm running 2 miles 4 times a week now - all thanks to you. It surprises me how much energy I have throughout the day now. I'm not sleeping any better yet, but I feel calmer throughout the day which is a very positive change. And I swear these love handles are smaller now. Thanks for caring.

Just wanted to let you know how things are going, now on Week 2 of the workout plan. I am doing very well on following your plan you've given me. Although I haven't measured nor weighed myself, I feel good and can see a difference. My meals are about the same, with more effort on eating more often. I have been eating alot of salmon, almost every day. My veggies have been broccoli, zucchni, spinanch, tomatos. I still think I have gaps where I need to add more protein. I have changed yogurts and I am paying more attention to carbs. Thanks for all your help!

Purrfect...worked perfectly. I'm feeling good...still eating on schedule (I've given myself a few treats along the way -- like a slice of Angel Food cake on the weekends. Sweets are my weakness!). I'm doing the exercises that you gave me by bouncing around a bit from mornings to lunchtime which is nice! I like trying out different times of the day.... Most importantly, I wore a pair of shorts last weekend that I'd tucked away for my niece:-) We'll see how my body fat quest is goin' this Friday when I see you.

I can REALLY tell a difference. When we took my "after" photos this summer, I was at 25% body fat (from 35% body fat in February), and I thought that I was doing great then! Now I'm at 18 1/2% body fat and I have to go shopping again because the NEW THIN clothes that I got are hanging on me! My legs have never looked so good. I no longer have that fat around my knees and for the first time ever I can see muscle tone. I was travelling recently and used a fitness center with mirrors. I was very surprised to see my legs from all angles. They looked great and they were mine!! : )

I am very pleased. No pills and no gimmicks -- just healthy exercise and meal planning. In 16 weeks I've lost 21 inches and 22 lbs of fat. My body fat is now at 16% which is terrific considering I am nearing the big *50*!! I never imagined there was so much I could do at home, and I am really enjoying the results of my new healthier lifestyle.

It's Your Turn! How About A FREE 5 Day Weight Loss e-Mail Program?

I can FINALLY throw away my LANE BRYANT card. For the very first time in OVER 8 YEARS I am below 200lbs. Thank you!

...and...

The real VICTORY in all of this is that it is becoming a real part of my life. I'm not struggling to make the right decisions. I wake up knowing what they are and wanting to make them. The family went on vacation last weekend and I got up while everyone else was sleeping and walked. It was great!

...and...

It was a good week for me. I am down 4 lbs!!! Guess I was holding that water (no wonder we are SO irritable menstrating) waist is down .5 and my thigh stayed the same.

I pretty much stuck to my eating plan with some substitutions here and there. My new favorite find is Ezeckiel tortilla wraps made of sprouted grain. I wrap veggies and turkey bacon with a lime cilantro vinegrette and is yum yum. I also ate on a wild rice salad that I ate cold and also stir fryed with some chicken. Got back on my shakes and enjoyed them as well. Oatmeal most mornings. So I have started cooking and adding variety to my boring diet and it gives me hope. For the most part I ate every three hours this week.

Exercise: I got two evening run ins and thought I would die. It's hard, but I'll keep on. I walk run about half of it (2 miles). Three mornings, I walked 3.5 miles and I did my weight training program 4 times. I am really enjoying that and my walks. (hate running) BUT WANT TO LOVE IT!! I felt a much stronger intensity with my abs this week in switching the order of exercises and you were right, my thighs have recovered and appreciate the order of operations!!

I really love the fact that I can use my sessions for you to come and cook with me! I love the filet and chilled vegetable combination, and my daughter ate the grilled turkey and sweet potato meal without any complaints. What I really love about it, though, is that I have the meals ready to go and can just "pop" the little tupperware into my bag on the way out the door in the morning. This is really great!

Since I first met you , fitness and health have become very important to me... I am always helping people at the gym, and people seek me out for advice... I have felt your prayers... Thank you for all your support.

It's Your Turn! Exquisitely sculpt an enchanting set of lovely legs with theLovely Legs 4 Week Home Sculpting Program.

I hammered for 5 hours straight last weekend while helping to build a house for "Habitat For Humanity" and I just knew my arm, which was terribly tired, would be totally incapacitated the next day. I was so surprised to find that it didn't bother me at all! All of the work we've done has paid off in so many ways.

Hi - I was just up on the 28th floor inspecting a vacant space and bumped into Sylvia. She was very complimentary about how "great" I look (which is amazing as I've felt a touch on the bloated side the last week or so - you know how that goes). Anyway, she asked what I'd been doing and I told her it was all you! I said you got me in the routine of weights and cardio and I've kept it up. Her response was that whatever you do makes people look great! Of course, I agreed!!

Thought I'd pass it along! Have a great day!

Ever since working with you, I haven't hurt my knee. That's amazing because I used to hurt it every time I worked out before. Thank you!

Just wanted to let you know that you are an absolute God-send. Those shakes were just what I needed to satisfy my sweet-tooth without totally falling off the wagon. Thank you!

They should have profiled YOU for the article on personal trainers in the paper this morning!

Just wanted to let you know that I lost 5 pounds this past week after doing what you suggested. I am so excited! Thank you so much!!

I believed you when you said we could lose 5 lbs (of fat) in 6 weeks and couldn't believe the scale when you came for my weekly "measure day!" I had lost 5 lbs (4 lbs of fat, 1 lb of muscle) in just one week since finally doing what you suggested. The program really works!! Thank you so much for coaching me. I really appreciate it.

I am soooooo excited. I really can tell a difference. My clothes are a little looser already. I didn?t get on the scale until Sunday. I couldn?t believe it when it was down already! Then,

Monday: 136
Tuesday: 135
Wednesday: 135
Thursday: 134

I?m ready for next week!

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that I had a breakthrough today. I ran my old route, which is a 6-7 mile loop around the surrounding neighborhoods. I made it in about 75-80 minutes and felt awesome doing it. I think I am pretty close to back to normal cardio, but stronger everywhere else, my stride is much different, so much straighter and stronger. Thank you!

So, how does one make big changes??
