e-Chat Coaching Process


Health and Fitness Coaching Done Via Internet e-Mail Sessions

We establish the program together. Then you work it and are held accountable for the goals we establish together during your follow-up eChat session. We can talk about anything you desire pertaining to health and fitness.

Suggested Equipment

  • Computer with internet access
  • Gym membership or...
  • Cardio -- treadmill, bike, etc
  • Your cardio equipment should count calories
  • Heart Monitor -- on equipment or separate
  • Hand Weights
  • Exercise will be prescribed by name (ie Bicep Curls) for those who are familiar with exercise, or via The Body Sculptress On-Line Exercise Library

First Step

  • If you wish to have exercise prescribed, you should have some basic knowledge of those exercises and form. I do, however, have an extensive pictorial library on-line and will use those photos for your reference.
  • There are no prerequisites for other types of e-Chat messages.

Continuing Process

  • There is no set process for e-Chat. It's open for whatever you want and need it to be. It can be simply question and answer, or can have exercise programming prescribed. It works great either on its own or in conjunction with the e-Book programs.
  • There is NO LIMIT to the number of e-mail messages we can use each week, but anything over one or two messages will compete for my time with the hundreds of other messages I receive.
  • Messages include any combination of cardiovascular exercise, food and recipes, strength training, stress, balance, sleep, and other health-related topics.
