Since I began helping people transform their bodies several years ago, one of my constant challenges is helping people make better food choices. There are so many reasons to prefer natural to processed foods, but the reality of the situation is that some people either can't or won't cook, so what do they do? Is it possible to have a healthy lean body without becoming a frequent visitor to your local "Whole Foods" store? The answer is "yes!"

Every one of the items on these provider's menus is cook-free! All you have to do is know the nutritional information for each so that you can really make a good choice. Do you have any idea how much fat is in a Big Mac or how much sodium is in a regular Wendy's burger? Or why one of my favorites is a Taco Bell grilled steak soft taco? If you don't have time to shop and cook, you need this information! When you have it, all you have to do is confidently drive up to the drive through and order what you KNOW will work FOR your lean body vs agains it! How's that for easy? In some instances I was really shocked at the sodium levels at the fast-food restaurants. I'm sure you will be, too. Saturated fat was an issue, too, but not so bad an issue as the sodium.
